Name: (Must be Japanese names. Your character's full name, as it would appear on any kind of document)

Occupation: (Cop, Architect, Bartender, Bus Boy, Waiter/Waitress, Student, Businessman, Journalist, Hooker, etc. anything reasonable please!)

Age: (Quite self explanatory.)

Gender: (Is your character a male, a female, a hermaphrodite, a transvestite?)

Species: (Is your character a werewolf? Vampire? Android? Demon? Angel? Whatever the hell you want, just write up a description and make it reasonable please!)

Class: You must choose one of THESE to be.

Height: (Your height. Inches and feet or meters will suffice.)

Weight: (Your weight. Pounds or kilograms will do.)
